How many image can be animate?
There is no simple answer to this question. Depending on the type of image and how they are to be animated, the number of frames can range from 2 to 20. Animation is dependent on the direction your print is to be moved. Images can be viewed in two ways, up/down or left/right. Some types of images animate better one way than the other. Some lenticular printing applications require left/right viewing such as Lenticular Bus Shelter Posters that move as people pass by them. Up/down lenticular animation allows more frames to be animated. Left/right lenticular images can also appear to be three-dimensional. Very similar images can easily be animated with several frames. The frames that animate a golfer teeing off may allow for up to 20 images, but a print of a portrait shifting into a vase then into an art gallery can only have three frames. The smaller the print, the better the animation, so business cards will animate better than posters.
What are the minumum print quantities I can order?
The quantities you can order depend on whether you want fine gauge or heavy gauge lenticular prints. Fine gauge The minimum order for fine gauge lenticular prints is 1,000 units. Costs are noticeably reduced per unit for orders over 5,000 units. Heavy gauge The minimum order for heavy gauge is one unit. There are no maximum order limits for our fine guage or heavy guage lenticular printing products.
What are the size of lenticular prints available?
Smallest The minimum area we can print is approximately 45mm (1.75”) square. We cannot print any image smaller than this as the image will degrade under the lenticular lens. Largest The largest area lenticular .org can print is A2 (20” x 28”) for fine gauge and 2.4 x 1.2m (8’ x 4’) for heavy gauge lenticular prints. We can tile these large prints to form lenticular printing applications for billboards, bus-sides and any other locations.

Yes it is possible to bend a lenticular image. Lenticular prints can be intergrated in pop-up stands or cut into shapes to maximise the visual effect of your lenticular print in store displays or point of purchase advertising.
Can lenticular images can be used inside or outside?
Lenticular images can be designed for any location. We will recommend an appropriate lens, finish, backer and substrate for each environment. Three issues determine the type of lenticular material used:
- The environment in which the lenticular print will be displayed.
- The lighting.
- The distance and viewing angle of the observer.
Can mixdifferent types of lenticular effects?
Yes, 3D, animations, zooms and morphs can work together. It is probably best not to go over the top with your lenticular animated print. The most effective lenticular displays are those which achieve the desired effect by the simplest method.
