Now you’re ready to send us your art!

Sending us your work is very quick via FTP, the only limitation is the size of the image and of the internet connection you are using. Here are our FTP instructions for sending your artwork to us.

FTP INSTRUCTIONS - MAC OSX

You can send us the artwork with your FTP program if you do not have one, you can download the free trial program: Transmit.

If you already have a FTP program, just log onto our website using the following information:

SITE ADDRESS, HOST OR URL: 203.109.153.35
USER ID OR NAME: ftpguest
PASSWORD: outeraspect

For Faster File Transfer:
We recommend stuffing or zipping your files before you FTP them to our server. Stuffing your files with Stuffit reduces the file size and makes the file transfer a lot quicker. Stuffing files also reduces corruption issues when being FTP’ed, and allows you to compress multiple files into one Stuffit file. Once you’re in you can drop (put or upload) files into our directory.

If you already have a FTP program, just log onto our website using the following information:

USER ID OR NAME: ftpguest
PASSWORD: outeraspect

We recommend zipping your files before you FTP them to our server. Zipping your files with Winzip reduces the file size and makes the file transfer a lot quicker. Zipping files also reduces corruption issues when being FTP’ed, and allows you to compress multiple files into one Winzip file. Once you’re in you can drop (put or upload) files into our directory

Configuring WS FTP
Once you have installed the WS FTP client on your machine you are ready to configure your FTP software to access our server.

STEP 1:
Open WS_FTP. When the program loads it will come up with the ‘Session Properties’ window. This window allows you to add, edit and delete FTP account profiles.

STEP 2:
Fill in the following details:

Profile Name: Outer Aspect
Host Name/Address: 203.109.153.35
User ID: ftpguest
Password: outeraspect

STEP 3:
Click the ‘OK’ button to connect to the FTP server.

STEP 4:
When login is successful, you’ll see the following display. The left pane displays all files in your local computer’s directory while the right pane displays all files in our guest directory.

STEP 5:
Simply drag the files from your hard-drive you want to transfer into the right panel.

STEP 6:
When you are asked if you want to transfer the selected files, click “YES”. You can see the progress of your file transfer in the bottom pane.

STEP 7:
When FTP is completed, you’ll see “transfer completed” displayed in the bottom pane. That’s it! Your files are now on our guest FTP server. You can send us an email to confirm that you’ve transferred your artwork.
